'Hossein Farjami is one of the big names amongst Iranians around the world, known as a virtuoso player of the santoor, one of the oldest oriental instruments. Apart from the santoor this CD (The Art of the Santoor, August 2000) presents other traditional Iranian instruments such as the tar, setar (string instruments), ney (reed flute), zarb, and daf (drums).'
